Tips on signing a contract

When signing a contract it is important that is neat with all conditions stated clearly on the contract. If you do happen to come across an error on the contract make sure you cross it out neatly, and write the correction above. Ensure all parties initial the change.

Declutter your home before sale to ensure buyers don’t get distracted by little things like what dishwashing liquid you use. Making the house appear clean & tidy allows the buyers to feel more welcome. Taking personal items of the walls like photographs allows the buyers to pictures there belonging in its place.
